Beach on three courts: The hobby, club and tournament beach volleyball players of HC Hannover are always happy to welcome new players.
In the middle of the HCH grounds opposite Hannover City Park is our beautiful beach volleyball facility with three top-maintained courts. As soon as the first warm days of the year arrive, club members of HC Hannover and holders of an HCH-Beachcard meet here in the sand to play beach volleyball together – two against two according to official beach volleyball rules.
We are a mixed group of hobby, club and tournament beach volleyball players aged from 20 to over 70 years, who meet for free play, but also in training groups at defined times according to our beach volleyball regulations. After playing we also like to sit together with a cool drink and chat. We play in mixed, men’s and women’s combinations as the mood takes us – and we are always happy to welcome new players who have beach volleyball experience or want to improve their basic skills.
As part of the Northwest German Volleyball Association’s Beach Tour, we host annual C and D Cups and organize our popular 2-person hobby mixed tournaments at the HCH beach volleyball facility. In addition, club members and HCH Beach Card holders participate in joint teams in the Hannover Region Beach League.

The Beachcard costs 80 euros; apprentices, students, and pupils pay 55 euros.
Our beach volleyball facility is located on the HCH grounds between the Burpee Barbell Club practice area and the hockey field.
HC Hannover has its club grounds at Clausewitzstraße 2. Parking is available in front of the door. The subway station Clausewitzstraße (lines 4, 5, and 11) is only a few minutes walk away.

We have two mixed volleyball teams at HCH that play in the Hanover Region Freizeitsportliga. Our 1st team plays in the second highest division, class A, the 2nd team in class D. New players are always welcome. If you are interested, please contact
